Delivery and Shipping Information  
Our standard shipping method for domestic orders is UPS ground, which usually takes from 2-5 business days to ship depending on your location. Domestic orders with addresses without an actual street address cannot be shipped using UPS, and will be shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail, which usually takes 3 business days. For international orders and Alaska or Hawaii, or other locations that are part of the US Postal Service, our standard shipping method is US Postal Service. Delivery time varies depending on the destination country. For all international orders, an extra shipping charge of $30 will be added to the regular shipping charge. Please note that the merchandise and shipping costs do not include any tax or duties levied by your local customs once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office to find out what charges apply. We will not refund any shipping charges if your orders cannot be cleared and are returned to us. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred related to the return of any merchandise by any customs.
If you need shipping other than our standard method, please specify in your special ordering instructions when you submit your order. The shipping price will vary depending on the type of shipping requested and how quickly you need it shipped.
Standard orders of in-stock merchandise are usually shipped within 72 hours. If the merchandise is not in stock, or for special orders, the shipping time will vary. If we are unable to fill any part of a standard order, we will contact you via e-mail as soon as possible.

Sizing information is provided with the product descriptions. All sizing is approximate.

Exchanges and Returns
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, or that the merchandise is defective, you are entitled to an exchange or refund. All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be returned to us in the same condition as it was received. (All tags, product labels must be on the merchandise and the original packaging must be present.) All non-defective returns for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns of non-defective merchandise to be exchanged for comparable merchandise are not subject to a restocking fee. However, charges will apply for shipping of the comparable merchandise.
No credits or exchanges will be issued for soiled or worn items under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise, which in our opinion has been used, altered or mishandled. Once any item has been used, it cannot be returned. The term "defective" does not cover any wear and tear no matter how short a time span.
All merchandise, until it is returned and we receive it, is at your risk from all hazards. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If your order is returned to us as unclaimed, we will issue a refund for the total minus the shipping cost, or you may submit a second payment for your shipping and we will reship your order.
We must be notified of any returns within 5 days from the receipt of the merchandise and your order must be returned to us within 21 days from the date of purchase. All refunds are given within 30 days of receipt of merchandise or cancellation of order. Credit card refunds will be applied to the same credit card used to place the order.
